1, Order Operating Time
All orders are to ship out in 1-2 business days. Generally, we ship orders from Monday to Saturday. Sunday and holidays are not our business days, therefore, excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when you place your orders. You will receive an email with tracking information when we ship your order.
Counting business days - Shipping days are 1-2 days. If you place your order on Monday(Before 12 AM), one business day would be Tuesday. If you place your order on Monday(After 12 AM), one business day would be Wednesday.
From time to time, we have epic sales. When that happens, we work nights and weekends to get all orders out quickly, but we could still end up a couple of days behind. So it could take another 1-2 business days in addition to our regular shipping schedule. But we will do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible!
You must receive credit card authorization and address verification before shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval, so this time will not account for order processing time. Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. We will notify you by email regarding back-ordered items and expected delays. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification for credit verification.
2, Shipping Method and Support Countries
We currently ship international orders to 27 countries of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Etc.
Now we have We will use the post-registered parcel, and standard international orders usually deliver within 5-18 business days(the shopping boom season would be delayed for 5-10 days). According to the specific conditions of different countries, choose the fastest delivery method to fulfill your order. Now we set 4 warehouses, they are China, United States, Germany and United Kingdom. Our smart inventory management system will process your orders at the warehouse inventory, to ensure you can receive the package at the fastest speed.
Since the postal parcel only supports less than 2kg (4.4 lbs) of cargo, we will split it into multiple boxes to ship for you if your order has a total weight of more than 2kg. If you don't want to split your order into several packages or need faster commercial express delivery like DHL or UPS, you can contact us to pay the express balance.
3, Track Your Order

4, Lost Package
We will investigate with the shipping carrier if your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit. This process can take 2-3 weeks for the investigation to be completed.
Once the investigation is complete, we will ship your package again after your confirmation if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, or we will refund your order and any shipping costs.
However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we cannot issue a refund.
5, Customs and Duties
Xinghaoya does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. It does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen and that Xinghaoya does not pay these fees.
6, Package Privacy Protection
Since you are buying a personal care product, we pay more attention to your privacy protection. We will declare as "TOY" and declare ten USD/pcs goods as a default operation. If you have any special requirements, please indicate them in the order note or email us.
